Chef Jeremy Hansen began Pidgin Hole Food Truck in 2017. In 2022, Alchemy Sandwich Co. launched and Chef Jeremy’s dream of a fleet of trucks featuring the depth and breadth of his culinary flair was finally coming to fruition. Some would say his ability to make magic with simple ingredients is true sorcery. He just calls it “having fun.”
